This company has debited money out of my account. I don't know how they got my information

I had money debited from my account from these people. When I called them and tried to find out why they gave me the run around. They would not even give me there address or tell me anything about there company. They kept asking questions about me and I would not answer them because I had a feeling it was a scam. I tried to get a different number like for the corporate office and they would not even give me that information.
