Bill, the owner of K&M Water Service in Hagerstown, MD, doesn't want your business. He doesn't answer the phone, doesn't respond to messages left on his answering machine, and when you can finally catch him in the office, he doesn't want your business.
No explanation was given (another local business couldn't make the run, citing a broken radiator on their delivery truck as the reason - that's far more acceptable than Bill's decision not to accept a consumer's money).
But Bill can't be blamed for not wanting your business. After all, it's Bill's choice. If he doesn't want your money, that should be fine with you. Just call one of the several other services listed in the phone book. Most of them are happy to deliver the product in exchange for your money.
