Non Payment of Royalties

Lulu.com isn't paying royalty on items I've outlined together for print-on-demand, and certainly will not take away the item. Doesn't reply multiple, multiple, multiple, multiple demands for restitution through mail. Won't react to criticism, won't rectifiy issue. Not have had an issue online in 15 years of purchasing and dealing with ecommerce websites.
