Bad customer service

I bought the book transformation support through Lulu.com and also the contract was they might have my book transformed in 6 months. After 6 wks I started to inquire about the standing since I'd noticed nothing from their website. I had been shuffled around in one repetition towards the additional, each informing me different things. Our e-book was easy text with one image. They created 38 mistakes and stated these were my errors. I check my book task 7 times before I saved it for their site. They've outsourced their function to people in India who they wont allow you to keep in touch with by telephone since you cannot determine what they are declaring and today my e-book is into week 9 and it is still not prepared. I'm mad. I'll never conduct business with Lulu again. I'd like my cash back. And that I need the customer to understand that at Lulu.com they don't really care whether you're pleased or not. At Lulu, the client is never correct. Our e-book was a vacation cookbook. It's Nov. 23 which is also late to obtain it available for that Christmas vacation. They've charge me income of course if I will maintain others from dropping their cash with Lulu.com, that is what I do want to do. Do not place your guide jobs through Lulu.
