[email protected] and misty. [email protected] informed me that my order "TO234626 Order is successful". It hasn't arrived. I was sent an email by
UPS Manager Neal Lovett with an email address [email protected] that email he said there was an "Error in shipping address". Totally false! He also gave me a tracking number "3958407".
I responded to the email and much to my surprise the reply address had nothing to do with UPS but it was "[email protected]".in verifying with UPS customer service I discovered that they never had a package. The tracking number is totally false. Neal Lovett, who is he? To top it all off, there was an attachement to the Lovett email with the Post Office information where I could pick up the parcel. The attachement was infected with the Trojan virus and was un-openable. At precisely that moment I knew this was a scam.
The company, tv dvd outlet, seems to be a total scam.
