My company worked for Higgins & Lovett for several months doing everything we could to meet this company's demands. We bent over backwards for Higgins & Lovett day after day only to get stiffed on the bill. I've talked to several other contractors in the same Field who are also victims of Higgins & Lovett and who have also been ripped off in a similiar manner. They expect you to work yourself and your employees to the bone and then their payments get later and later. This company shorted me for over $13,000. They take advantage of the fact that they are an out of state company and think they can get away with ripping off contractor after contractor. If you are a contractor thinking about accepting work from them - don't. They will rip you off in a heart beat.
