Sequence Hair Blending for Women Don't do it. I paid $4,000 for junk

I happened upon this site when I typed "Sequence Hair Blending" on Google. I thought I'd never get the chance to tell my story about these rip-offs! Here goes:
Ladies, don't do it. Find another hair replacement route.
Well, I had my consultation with Sequence sometime in September. They also showed me this thin "fishing line" unit with hairs attached to it. It was very small. I was told that my "unit" would last anywhere from 1 - 3 years, I could treat it "like your own hair" and it would be custom made and "virtually undetectable". Since I already had hair extensions, I wanted something that would be less noticeable, and they promised all this.
Ok, so I paid my $2,000 down payment and waited the six weeks for the "unit" to arrive. They called me and set an appointment for the day after Thanksgiving 2008. When I arrived, I had to pay the other 1/2 of my payment (another $2,000) before I could be seen. They wouldn't let me even see the unit.
When I finally saw it, it looked like any other hair intergration unit you'd see on any hair extension website; a wig with holes. There was no "clear fishing line" The lines that were in place were darkened with hair; you could see them; especially if you have thin hair or not enough to cover the "lines"
They don't attach it with glue they take hairs around the perimeter of your head and sew it on to them with a weaving needle. The unit was ripping when the tech was sewing it on! She had to sew it together. I must admit though, it looked good for a bit; The hair was soft and manageable despite the ripping.
After a couple of days I had to go back because I had big holes in it. They sewed the holes. After complaining about the holes more than a few times they decided to order me a new "unit" 'free of charge'.
So at this point I am discussed because i can't "treat it like your own hair" and the more I wash it - the drier the hair gets and more "wiggy" it looks. More holes!
I think I got my new unit in January. Ok, so they put it on, it looks good and no holes.
Great, so now, I start washing it, "treating it like your own hair", I put conditioner and brush it when it's wet and following all the tips they gave me. Mind you, I only had this "new unit" for about a month.
Each time I want back to get it tightened they were always telling me "it's dry because it needs..." so I'd buy it. I can't tell you how many products I threw away...
I'd have to get up early in the morning and spend more time with this thing than I did with my extensions, by the end of the day, it would look exactly like what it was; a WIG!
After about six months I stopped going. People could tell it was a wig. I was very unhappy.
I decided to call the owner, Dino Dondiego, and left several messages for him, no return call. I then was directed to a customer relations "something or other", I can't recall her name, but I remember what she looks like. I also saw her hide (yes, hide) from a client one day, while I was sitting in the waiting area; but that's another story. Anyway, I left messages for her too, no return phone call.
No one has ever even called me to see why I have stopped going.
They took my $4,000 and never looked back.
