Whoa, Hasbrotoyshop.com customer support is at nighttime ages. Don't purchase from their website. Their reactions are "cutandpaste" and they are inadequate answering mail. Yikes! Awaken Hasbro! It isn't 1990 anymore
I created a little mistake when purchasing online, but captured it instantly. Based on their website they recommended mail or telephone. I sent within 20 - 30 seconds of putting an order.
Their reaction was automatic..."we worry about your mail blah blah"... 20 hours later they replied stating the purchase had delivered and there is nothing they might do.
Suggestion to Hasbro... Should you cannot help a conversation route then do not provide it. They couldnot supply me with any information on how it'd been delivered - I couldnot contact the shipper.
I created the error, but Hasbro didn't help a vital connection route they recommended. That is only poor company.
