Value City
UNTRUTHFUL To Customers. When I try to pay my bill before it's due on line it's hard to bring the site up and then they still put it in late so they can charge you a $39.00 late fee

Value City store is so unfair with their customers when you call to pay your bill over the phone there is a $15.00 fee, and with times being this hard who can afford that. But then they tell you if you go online it will take two to three days to post then you will be late and the charge is $39.00 so what would you rather pay $15.00 or $39.00. I will be so glad when I'm through with them.
