They rent out houses that are trash and they do there best to avoid taking care of things. Don't rent from them or you will be sorry. Terrible customer service, no help on repairs and they take your deposit from you even if you take good care of the place. Joe and Lisa Brannon run this shady business. They will enter your house without permission, they threaten you and will rent you a property that covers up all of the previous problems so after 1 month of living there, things start falling apart and it becomes your responsibility. Tell everyone that Peoples Real Estate Inc in Kent WA is the worst Real Estate Company in the world.
