I ordered a pair of sneakers for $79 on June 28. I was told they did not have my size in stock. I asked for a refund and they told me it would take a few days. I repeatedly asked for a refund and was told it would be a couple of days. I kept at it for 6 months. I have the written transcript. I even tried on the live chat that the site offers. They said my refund was coming and to be patient. They now tell me that they do not have my order because a new company took over. I'm out the $79 and they don't care.
