I ordered a few books from Chegg.com and when I received one of them I only got the textbook and not the manual that is supposed to come with it. On the site it said that they come together and so when I rented it I expected both.
I think it's not right that I paid for both the textbook and the manual and only got the textbook. First I chatted with a CSR online and then I called to see if I could get more help. They both told me that they do not guarantee that everything will be included and that I can return the book if I want. They did not offer any other solution.
If a company is going to take my money then I expect a full service, not a half-done job that will not benefit me at all.
