Chegg is a ripp off... They charged me $400 for books that were sent back 3 days after the 15 day grace and i was told the charges would be reversed by one person then was told they would not by the supervisor even though my daughter had what most would call extenuating circumstances and was not able to send the books back on time. We called to tell them the situation on the 22nd (1 day after the charge) and no grace was given... Horrible customer service... Will never use them again...
