In 2001 I became an Employee of this Sweatshop, abusive environment. I was employed there just until recently and had a lot of time vested in this company. Moving my way through the ranks as a basic Phone Gunt up to Management I saw it all and heard every lie spewing from the "Powers that Be". Wile facing extreme public humiliation for a dozen or so exploitations by the Owners towards employees for pay advances, one of the Owners paid off several employees to keep quiet about tit-for tat inner relationships between Management and the female employees. Several women that work here come from live in drug programs and bring their dirty deeds to work with them. It is not uncommon to find several females making out in the restroom, or using meth. Clients rarely visit this place. Most of their business comes from word of mouth and favors done by one of the lead Sales Managers. Some come from BuyerZone.com and other such services. This company does flub the numbers and simply like the paycheck. They aren't concerned with lead quality, they just want you to make the calls. IF you aren't in the INNER CIRCLE, but do an honest days work you are expected to take up everyone else's slack, and no recognition will come with this. Management gossip about the employees after hours, and create drama to liven up their day. Agents are trained to lie to get appointments. Tere is no consistent monitoring. Quality Control is one to two ladies that have to go back over the work that the agents "should have done to begin with".
You never know what kind of appointment you will get when dealing with this company. And if something goes wrong, they will never refund your money, they will say that they have given free or extra hours, when in fact, they have not. This company is missing one of the key elements that made it once a respectable company. One of the Owners was forced out as people had made death threats to him after a love affair with an employee. He made sure that things went right, and the hard working agents got rewarded as opposed to the slackers that are commonly employed. It was difficult to have to bill and lie to my clients about hours, which is why I left. I could no longer wear this mask and eat in the same room with such fake people.
