After much searching online for a good unlocked phone, I bought a LG Arena from the site jabcellular.com. It worked fine for about 1 week, then started giving me trouble. I emailed him/called (Owner is Alex who tried to say he is an employee) and he said I could purchase an extended warranty for 1yr at the cost of $50, or return it for a refund after testing it. I opted in for a return and refund of over $300. After that particular email/conversation of asking for a refund his emails were slower and response was not as quick as before. He was in a hurry to sell a phone but not in a hurry to return anything anytime soon. Then he emailed me an excuse saying that his office was moving. After that no response at all. So now I have been RIPPED-OFF for over $300 with a dead LG phone and no way to get my hard earned money back.
Recently it says that his website is experiencing technical difficulties? I think he is experiencing a fat check without doing anything about his customers. I also noticed there are other complaints about him.
