Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

They said i owed $90.73 for one months service. The company removed money from my checking account illegal no one in my home or famly signed anything for this. They also said part of the money was for weekly world news which i did not ask for or sign up for. I called the custmer service rep and he said i would get my money back within 7 to 30 days. I havent recived it yet and the rep said that company was a funds tranfer only no check or money orders only check by phone or credit cards.
