As the previous reporters found, I used the 'free' credit reporting as linked to from yahoo.com
I was somewhat hesistant about giving my credit card details but had been assured by the advertising that this was to verify my identity; being new to the country I understood that this was necessary to protect my information.
Imagine my surprise when I found a charge for $79 on my credit card from the comany offering a *FREE* one-off service.
I was especially surprised at this treatment from a company who reputedly works with the credit reporting companies!
I'd like my money back please... But how do I contact these people?
