I am a former employee of "Modify Loan Experts." I recently did a serch on google and came accross this etirely false and slanderous accusation that the owner posted on November 20th. I would like to start by saying that this company is run buy two corrupt, and criminally charged individuals who at the current moment are being sued by multiple parties. I know this, because i am one of them. While working at Modify Loan Experts, I endured lewd sexual mis-conduct, many sudden pay cuts, and i was constantly harrassed by my bosses as well as some co-workers. The owner, who knew about all of the on-going harrassment, did nothing about it, instead he would laugh about it, and tell me to focus on "pushing clients through". I have on record in a detailed police report, that i actually did quit this job and was not fired by any means. I also have reports straight from the detective himself who was on the case which explains in detail that the owner blatently told and admitted to the detective that he did in fact owe me money. These reports include case numbers, as well as dates and times at which these statements were made.
While working at MLE i put my heart and sole into helping people get a loan modification for their home. Often working 65-70 hours a week just to make sure that no client was over-looked. The day before i quit, i was actually informed that one of my clients did not in fact recieve a loan mod. Which is something that happened more frequently then not... When i told the owner to give them a refund, he/she laughed and said NO. He/she told me to tell them that we are processing an appeal, which is something that i have come to realize can not be done. So he/she is going to keep their money and make them think that he/she is working to save their home when in fact it will go into forclosure due to non acticity on their case. I could not stand to work their after that day. I couldn't imagine taking money from people who already are suffering so much. But to the people that run the company, nothing but money matters.
I stayed at this job only becasue i am like evey one else. I have a ton of bills and i needed the money, and finding a job was more difficult than ever, but after seeing how crooked things were there and how much scamming was actually involved on top of all of the tremendous sexual harassment i was subjected to, i finally said enough is enough. My last straw was when the owner gave me my paycheck and it was only for 25% of the work i did. I was outraged! One of the owners actually told me that night that if i wanted my money i could come get it from his pants! This is something i also have extreme proof of. After that moment, i could not imagine working there for one more minute. So i would like to state for the record that, whoever this DAVE B person is on this report, it is NOT ME.
I urge you to take a closer look at both the comment and rebuttle posted by "Dave B".. Anyone with half a brain can see that each comment was written by a different person. I can only hope that this "Dave B" comes accross this page and sees the rebuttle and proves that it was not him. I would be willing to bet my life that is was in fact the owner of MLE who wrote the rebuttle.
I am stating this report as myself and not on behalf of anyone else. The owner just found an easy way out by blaming someone else for what i believe was a truthful report. Let it be known that AN OWNER OF THIS COMPANY (stated on BBB as well as Director of Operations) can be found on OTIS (Offender Tracking Information System) as someone who was criminally charged and sentenced twice!
I am appaled at what this company did to some of my past clients and is doing to me. It is a wonder that a company that is run by two crooks has even survived this long. Please please please take my advice and run as fast you can!!! Do not trust these people with your money or your home!
