The regional sale manager named Jake Sharp who works for Priority Merchant Processing came in my salon and promised me only $99 for the credit card equipment lease and $. 15 per transaction. The equipment was leased from Northern Leasing. Mr. Sharp convinced me signing some papers and even told me that If I was not happy with the service, I would have 30 days to cancel the contract with no charge. He gave me the cancellation paper and asked me to iniatial. He kept all the papers when he left. I asked for the copy of the contract and he told me that his company will send me the copies. Few days later there were lots of charges on my account. I tried to called Mr. Sharp more than ten times and left three or four message for Mr. Sharp to explain to me, but he wouldn't return my call. After a week I still didn't receive a contract from Priority Merchant, so I had to call to request my copy of the contract. Finally I received my contract after eight days but there was no letter of about the 30 days cancelation included.
