My wife had ordered a trial version of this product. She tried to cancel but because I was the primary name on the credit card they would not let her cancel.By the time I had arrived home the seven days had passed and they would not cancel.in addition to this while I was talking to them on the phone, talking through a ridiculous scenario they used to try and justify their sneaky approach they hung up on me because they did not like my rebuttal which made the scam ever more apparent. We never used the product and have been charged for services not received. All of this cancellation information is in small print and goes un-noticed by most. Watch out for these scam artists.
