Processed my order, took the money and failed to provide the goods

I too, like the other customer placed my order for 4 pairs of uggs on the 9/11/09. They then contacted me just under a month later to say that they had lost my order and would now process it. Again like the other customer i have managed to track my order so far. I now see the ugg factory outlet website is no longer available... Total ripoff!!!
