On October 23rd, I ordered 50 pounds of Roudybush Breeder Pellets and seven packages of winged feeders for the cages. My debit card was charged immediately for the $160 and odd cents. It is now December 29th an d I have received no notification nor have I been contacterd regarding a delay in my order or an opportunity to have my money refunded. I have called almost daily and only received the voicemail that heis tied up on the line with another customer or is out of the office and will call me back. I have written emails to Joey throught the store's website as well as through yahoo.com with no reply of any kind. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and they have made the case "UNRESOLVED" because they could nevert contact him via phone, email, or postal letter.
