After I made the mistake of buying a jacket (which I think is a fake) from this place in the mall that resembles an indoor swap meet store, I had the glorious luck of simply trying to return this product for an exchange or cash refund to also include my original receipt. This man who I think may even be a manager said he didn't carry that jacket then changed his tune once I supplied my receipt.
After first trying to lie to me he then says their exchange policy didn't apply to my purchase because they no longer had any other size and it was a sale item. WOW, you have to be kidding me, this man blatenly looked me in the eyes and told me "no". I made several attempts to plead my case as I can tell he was getting a little on the edge. He then made a comment under his breath about something about "my kind doesn't have class", I'm in a store mind you. When I heard this I had enough, I could no longer stand in his presence and would rather lose out on 80.00 dollars never shop there again than to have to deal with a person like that again.
Even when I first purchased the coat here I felt as if they where following me around the store and watching my every move. PLEASE be very wary when going here, they are not only way over priced but they are cut throat rude as well.
