Rx # 211730. I select a Marc John body and requested the shop affiliate to determine when the lense might support bifocals. With guarantee, I requested my Rx to become loaded. Returned following a week and selected it-up.

I came across it hard to see regardless of how far or near, anything wasn't right. I returned to Visionworks and requested them to check on and that I was informed that because of individual mistake the Rx wasn't loaded properly. Per week later, I picked my spectacles. Nevertheless couldn't study. Returned for another vision examination and another Rx check. This time around I had been informed with a various affiliate (Shirley) the SEG was also low about the lense. The lense wasn't right for that bifocals. Our previous bifocals were much better than this new one. Quite simply, the Rx wasn't just not stuffed properly but was receiving false guarantees. A store-manager, lay there and didn't provide also an apology. They dropped my company and confidence. Savings aren't the only path to obtain clients only incase Visionworks didn't understand. Show me quality, customer support and ethics.
