Ripped off from delivery of cigarette order. Took money out of bank but no product. Can't call or check online. First said online down for maint. Now says they're out of buisness. What!

I like all of you am very surprised. Ordered cigarettes with them (CD2U) and had no problem until now. When noticed money was withdrawn figured it would only be a couple days for delivery. Nothing. Tried to call and got recorded message, down for maintenance. Checked online and said basically same thing. Now when I checked online said they had shut down buisness. What do we do now?
