The Ultimate Movers delivered my belongings from AZ to IL. First their quote of $3,400 was verbally guaranteed to be within 10%. When they showed up at the house they demanded $4,717 or they would not unload the truck. It should be noted that the original estimate included a sectional couch, 4 tables, a queen sleeper sofa and outdoor patio set all of which were sold prior to the move.
When they unloaded my property I discovered heavy damage to much of my stuff as well as missing jewelry and property. Of course their insurance offered pennies on the dollar to settle knowing we have no choice. One item, an 8' fiberglass ladder, was left behind and the driver told me he saw it and would re-deliver. Of course Eddie, the dispatcher, denied having it and told me to sue the driver.
They have refused to stand by their service so I have submitted 2 complaints to the BBB and filed a report with the Pinal County Sheriff in Arizona. Do not use these people they are liars and thief's.
