I hired the 97th floor to remove several defaming posts that were hurting my business (i am self-employed). Their service was great on paper, but it had absolutely no effect at all! If anything, it increased the ranks of bad sites on search engines by decreasing the content sites. What a ripoff! This company will earn a bad reputation fast if it isnt able to remove anything.
