I ordered a personalized etched candle holder set on 11/25 for a wedding that was to take place out of town on 12/12.

I sent in the wording to the company IN ADVANCE to make sure it would fit on the holder. It was approved and I immediately paid via PayPal. I was informed that my item would arrive on approximately 12/4.

The item didn't arrive until 12/8 and it was WRONG. It was a beautiful holder but essentially worthless as a complete line was left off in the etching! Since I had to turn around and ship this item right back out in order for it to be received in time the wedding on the 12th, I brought it to a local engraver to have it fixed.

I contacted the seller and was told that she was not responsible as she is not the one that does the etching (she subcontracts out for that part of it). She also informed me that she felt that the holder "looked fine".
