I received an unsolicited shipment of 1 coffee mug with 1 bag of coffee from this company. After consulting with my husband to make sure that he did not order it either, we have tried to contact Seattle Direct Coffee on numerous times
After 25 calls placed, we received only 1 answer by a customer support rep who immediately placed us on hold. Then they disconnected the call after 5 minutes on hold. We have called back and received a message" that all cicuits are busy now". We have tried to call from different phones with different service providers to circumvent this, but still get the same message.
I would like this scam to stop but it's hard when you can't contact the "supplier". I will alert my credit card company and let them know that this is an unauthorized charge.
