False competitor price

I called brian at the bird hut on 06.04.09 10:00am. I informed him i was interested in purchasing a conure bird. It states on the website they would meet or beat any competitor price birdhutinc.com. He denied it stating it was not on the website. I informed him it was. Finally he stated that if i bring in a written advertisement or a emailed from the buyer he would honor the price. I called brian back at 10:20am he rudely stated he would not honor it. And he would remove the information from the website. I last checked the same day it was still on there.
