I had a business arrangement with Elena, I gave Elena an average of $2800 per month from February to October to develop and create jewelry designs for a new jewelry business being created. That amounts to $25,200.
I was surprised that in return I only received about 24 pencil drawn jewelry designs. That's $1050 per design in a format that is unuseable for production. For a jewelry designer without a market name, even really good pay is $100 per design.
I'm claiming fraud for $22,800. Because of this, the business could never get off the ground and I had to close it up before even getting started.
Requesting proper refund or delivery of appropriate number of designs has been met with complete resistance and total refusal.
