Ordered cigs on dec 6, they took the money off my card, & i havent heard back from them

I had purchased cigarettes over the internet on dec 6, the money was taken from my credit card that very day. On dec 8 i was sent an email saying they've been shipped. I havent been able to get tracking or any other onfo on it.
