Placed my order on the 7th. Check by phone, which they printed & submitted to their bank, causing it to no longer be an electronic transaction cleared on the 9th. No email saying my order shipped. Website down & all phone numbers disconnected.
Call your bank & file a fraud claim against them! I started with BOA's electronic claims dept but then had to be switched to paper check as they printed check. I did not sign check & they cannot prove I called & placed order! CALL YOUR BANK & start a claim.
