On September 20 I was contacted by Cole Peter on the phone through a relay service and by e-mail stating that he saw the ad I had for the pit bull puppies I had for sale. As you can see I became suspicious when I couldn't get a straight answer and he wouldn't even acknowledge that a contract needed to be signed for a sale to be final. I stopped communicating with him and the e-mails keep coming, almost like a regular schedule like he has a list he goes through once a month. As you can see in the latest e-mail there was actual information for Fedex. I tracked the package and then called Fedex and reported this to their international serurity department. Why international? I found out from Fedex that the package originated from Vienna. They immediatly put a stop on the package and closed the account that "they" had set up. Sorry to not get back to you last night. It was almost midnight here when you called. I have 1 blue female and 1 blue male, 1 black/white female, and 1 black/white male. The sire is short and very wide, and is black and white. The Dam is a little taller than him, but wide, she is blue reverse brindle. I have some pictures up on our website at *website*. The pictures of the puppies on there are old, they were taken when the pups were 4 wks and the puppies are 7 weeks now. The pictures of the Dam and Sire are under the "Breedings" tab. They are beautiful, they all have straight legs, good bites, and excellant tempermants. They are registered with UKC and ADBA. They have had their 1st set of shots so far and dewormer every 2 weeks since they were 2 weeks old. Final asking price for them is: blue female=$900, blue male=$800, black/white female=$700, and black/white male=$600. Shipping is not included.

However, I want to alert you on the fact that you will be receiving the Check next week and payment will cover your cost and as well as the shipping cost to be paid to the person that will take care of the pickup in your house. (from myself) Just to clarify, do you want the female blue or the male blue? That's fine about calling with relay service, I understand. I am sure that your twins will love their present. If you have not decided which blue puppy you want; the female is very mellow and the sweetest thing; the male is a little more energetic and an attention hog. Certified check will be fine and I will get it cashed immediately upon arrival. Do you have a shipping company that you would like to use? I would be happy to arrange this for you, I just need the info for the company and your info. If you do not have a company in mind, I know of 1 that transports puppies, I will have to check into how much they charge and availability. I am attaching our sales agreement, could you please read it over and if you have a way to sign it an e-mail back, that would be great. Once I receive your response I will send you my information on where to send payment to and final price. There is a price difference between the male and female and, depending on the shipping company, I need to find out how much that will be. Does your personal shipping company require a health certifcate? If so, do I need to go have that done? Do you want me to mail the registration papers and health record to you or do you want me to send them with the puppy? Will the shipping comany give me their information where to send payment to when they pick up the puppy?

(from myself) Its amazing what you can find on google. I just found a report on usacomplaints. Coms.com on you saying just about the exact thing that seems to have happened here. I do not play games and I will not be scammed. If this is your intent, then you need to stop all further communications immediately. If I do receive a certified check from you and it does not cash, I will not be putting it in my account and it will be returned to you. If you are serious about the puppy, then you will send me back the signed sales agreement. These puppies are like my children, I am that protective of them.

If i have to tell you that i am not having the best of times lately;haven just been diagnosed of cancer of the brain (TUMOUR), hence the reason i was out of communication for the past few days. Please bear with me till next week and try to understand my situation.
Concerning the purchase, the payment have been purchased and they have been sent out and you'll get them in a couple of days, they will be delivered by Ups Express or Fedex express, pls once recieved act as insructed and send the excess funds after you have deducted your own money to the shipping agent immediately and email me the details of the transaction once you have done the transfer to the shipping agent.
