This is the email I received. I did get a check. I looked up the "source" of the check and it seemed legit, although I had reservations... I should have listened to my instincts. I followed through with all of the nonsense thinking I was helping someone who was probably handicapped in some way... (deaf)???
I called my bank right away. This person had immediately cashed the Western Union money wire... I feel like an idiot! Too good to be true. I am pressing charges and making reports to track them down!
