Mark Heslehurst and his wife were retained by Bio Merieux for their services. Because of untoward and unethical sexual advances made toward Mr. Heslehurst, both were harassed and physically threatened when details were exposed to those in authority.
Mr. Heslehurst was hospitalized as a result of a violent assault and sustained head injuries. He and his wife were mocked, ridiculed subsequent to this exposure and the strain it placed on their marriage caused it to disintegrate and a second pregnancy was also terminated due to illness resulting from extreme levels of stress. The Hesleshursts were advised of the seriousness of their challenge toward Bio Merieux and that they had a very powerful influence.
Since Bio Merieux has offices in the United States, it would be appreciated if a thorough investigation of a nine-year affair with the company would be initiated.
Denial of wrong-doing and blatant deception and subterfuge have thwarted justice. Lives are in jeopardy and this family would like assurance they will be safe and their lives would not be in danger from inferred threats.
