I have read with interest this affair between mr heslehurst and biomerieux. I have looked from a professional point of view. I have looked at the affair and how it unfolded and how mr heslehurst was always used as a tool in biomerieux battles.initially i had doubts about mark, s arguments but after looking at all the documents provided from an eye used to looking at documents as this, i beleive 100% of mr heslehursts argument.
Disturbingly biomerieux chose to use racist methods to attack mr heslehurst, when this did not work they tried another point of pressure which was threatening his wife.
They dishonoured every contract ever given and abused human rights in attacking his employees.
I will be circulating this now i have made my conviction to my past associates and ask them to work quietly behind closed doors to harm the business structure and criminal element knows as biomerieux north america, to biomerieux this is not france and hence your strong arm tactics will not work here.
You have many of your eggs in the us basket and this is about to be rocked. I give you 7 days to find a solution to this or i will find one for you. This is not a threat i will unlike you work within the confines of the law.
