Every year in February, my wife's family rent a cabin up in Big Bear, Cal. We rented a cabin through vacationrentals.com. The cabin is called MILE HIGH #63251.
This cabin is located in the barrio of Big Bear. The neighbor had more junk in their yard than Sanford & Son. There are electrical issues that have been overlooked, and inoperative {lights work, then they don't? }. The stove / oven didn't work. There was like a half of a gallon too much of chlorine {no exaggeration} in the hot tub. They also fail to let you know that the cabin backs up to Big Bear Airport. The price was higher than the prices of other cabins we have stayed in, and those are larger, and everything worked.
Vacationrentals.com refused to comp us or refund us.
