I purchased a puppy from Lost Island Chihuahuas. I had the pup shipped. When I picked the puppy up I knew something was wrong. I took her to the vet right away. She was full of tape worms, has kennel cough, a heart murmur and a liver shunt. When I contacted Tina she told me to send her a copy of the vet report so I did. She wouldn't accept it. Said that the puppy was healthy when she shipped her and wouldn't refund or replace the pup. I have spent thousands trying to save this pup only to have her die while in surgery. I couldn't let her suffer no matter what the cost. Tina has sent me nasty emails and phone calls. I have tried to be nice about all of this and she continued to be very mean. She now ignores any emails I send her. I paid her $2,000 for the puppy plus shipping fees. Then add all the vet bills. She never even appologized for what happened and didn't seem to care that the puppy died. She accused me of causing the problems that caused the puppies death. I suggest that anyone wanting to purchase a puppy from her be very careful. So much for all her health testing, my pup had multiple defects.
