We got the telecheck service with great caution we told the salesman we wantwd our cost to be low so we were checking with a few companies, but we were using great caution because we have gotten ripped off in the past. He promised that we would have a better expierience with telecheck because what happened in the past was against the law and telecheck is a legal up front company he said to get our business he would match the other companies rates and give us check gurantee service and the ability to auto deposit checks to save time and money. Further he gave the "peace of mind" by saying if anything happens with any check telecheck aproves it would not get to us telecheck would cover and gurantee payment and handle any collections. On or about the 7th of july a customer put a stop payment on a $1500.00 check w/o reason and telecheck yanked the money out of our account w/o notice when we contacted telechecks they said there was no reason they just stopped payment and because we were at such a low rate our checks aren't guranteed so tuff luck.
Following we had several checks of our checks bounce at our suppliers they were all approved by telecheck but after our complaints they decided to not honor any check coming from our accounts even though we have a positive ranking with our bank and have no negitive transactions before this time. All our suppliers have to be covered in cash at this time per there corprate policy due to retaliation by the largest check verification company in the world and they refuse to give us any response other than good luck.
