Telecheck refused a check at the dollar store amount was $19.49. The day before, my check was refused at auto zone - I was buying a starter - the old one died and I needed a new one NOW. That transaction was $200- there is MORE than enough money in my checking account to cover these checks! I do not need the 'checking fuhers' to police my spending habits? Just who do they think they are?
