Telecheck - Walmart charging a fee even though bank pays check Lafayette

I don't think its right for a returned check that is paid by the bank the second time that it is presented to be charged a 30 dollar fee. I would understand if the bank on't pay it, but if they do why charge the fee. The first time this happened to me it caused 3 more checks to bounce. Wal'Mart never done this until they started using TELECHECK! Thats just Tennesse's way of taking more money away from people who need it. I'm disgusted by it. If I knew I would win I would sue and own TELECHECK!!!
