I ordered my wedding gown from karen/lady k bridal plus. I ordered the lasposa-fantasia replica gown. The gown i received looks nothing like the dress i ordered on ladykbridalplus.com. The dress shipped directly from tokyo. Karen never even seen the dress i received! I called her and she was saying how sorry she was. And that she might be able to get another dress maker to make it. I said i just want my money back as this is not the gown on your website. She said she had to call the dress maker in tokyo. Well it took over 2 days and numerous phone calls to get her on the phone. She said the dress maker wouldn't refund the money and for me to email her. What does this other person have to do with me? I bought the dress from lady k in tampa, fl not some lady in tokyo. The wrong material was used and it came 2 sizes bigger then i ordered. There is a flower on the dress that is held on by a big safety pin. Karen said she might be able to refund me her profit of $220. I said i want the full amount. Karen said that it would take some time to raise the $220. Do not waste your money on gowns for this site!!!
