A few months ago I purchased a bag from Beyza Cases, a leather bag maker from Turkey.
I purchased the bag with a 30 day money back guarantee.
The bag cost me $260 (with an online coupon I found) and the cost to ship it here (what I paid for shipping) was about $16.
I got the bag and wasn't pleased at all with it so I got a Return Authorization Number from Eren at Beyza Cases. I returned the bag (it cost me $43 to send it) via USPS and didn't hear anything from Beyza or Eren for about a month, so I contacted the Post office to find out about it. They said that it arrived in Turkey only 7 days after I shipped it...
I filed a report with the USPS and they are currently investigating the matter. Eren insists that they never received the bag but I at least know that it made it all the way to Turkey with no problems. This company, I'm sure, does a lot of business with the U.S. And I'm also sure that this isn't the first item returned to them from here.
I do not know enough to speculate, so I won't. I am in communication with the USPS and once they finish their investigation, I will gladly update this post (or delete it if fitting) to let you know.
As for now, if you're going to purchase something from Beyza cases, remember that they ARE located in Turkey and returning the item isn't a sure thing, as has already been proven by my experience, no matter what the actual reason is that the item hasn't been accounted for.
Also, remember that the return cost me $43 via USPS and going by FedEx or UPS will probably be over $100.
