I had a small trucking incident where I lost a piece of a load on the ground at a stand still, no damage was done, first offense, and was fired without a reason and with no warning, then denied unemployment benefits because they say I violated company policy. Then they reported me to USIS (DAC) as NOT rehirable and that this was preventable. Now I can't be hired by anyone in the trucking industry which is my livelihood, not to mention I had been trained by them, and worked for them for only 87 days. Before them I had a perfect safety record for 12 years, been driving for 13years, and now I am denied everything? Its not fair, and I am doing everything I can to fix this but it may be a losing battle if this company will not cooperate. I just want my life back.
