I simply produced a guide of 1 of my daughter’s collection tales utilizing Blurbis application, and requested one backup: looked excellent. Got enthusiastic and requested 10 copies: appeared excellent also, and pals, household and co workers all desired one. After I went from the 10 copies, I requested 10 more. YIKES! Should’ve browse the reviews on the web earlier and measured myself fortunate to obtain 11 copies which were not all messed up.
These last 10 copies are awfully completed, using the hard-cover incorrectly fixed towards the body of the guide (the whitepaper that adhesives onto the difficult cover–front and back–is saturated in pockets, as though my 4-year old had fixed it).
I quickly called customer care plus they decided to deliver me a brand new set… and questioned me to come back the deffective people for them! Huh?! What're they likely to do together? It creates me believe, although I delivered them pictures of the problem, they don't trust me. Additionally, this is actually the very first time ACTUALLY that, when purchasing anything that's custom made and having a problem, I'm requested to come back it towards the vendor/producer. It's only a HORRIBLE plan. Makes the organization search inexpensive and distrustful of its clients. Plus, despite the fact that they'll be delivering me a UPS tag to cover the delivery, who's spending money on my time for you to consider the awful container of publications towards the advantages shop?
That’s it for me, I'll NEVER conduct business with Blurb again. I'll begin looking into additional online publishing providers, which appear to abound... Another thing I discovered after I began considering the grievances that people have about Blurb.
