What is going on with their billing system? First, I get a letter saying service will be interrupted with a phone number (customer number) on it that I never heard of. When I called the number out of curiosity it is somewhere in New York I think (718 area code). The answering machine picked up and the people don't even speak english. Called them, they said bill is a mistake, throw away.
Now I get the monthly bill for the correct number but it is in SPANISH. Called the number to ask why. I'm not paying a bill I can't READ! Is anyone else having this problem with them lately?
