Fradulent billing charges on my phone, that was never authorized, ripoff

I received my phone bill and notice that the charges where more that what I was used to paying monthly, so I took a closer look at my bill and discovered IntegreTel AKA MyTeleBill LLC had charges on there for at total of $14.50 for two months of service. I called the number on my bill and a representative answered the line.

I then asked her what were this service and these fees on my bill. She proceeded to tell me about the service, and then she asks if my phone was a home or residential line? Then she stated that I had agreed to the services and they sent me $1000 in coupons.

What gave this away is she stated they called me and I agreed to these services over the phone. Little does she know that line is hooked up to a fax and no one ever answers this phone? It does not even have an answering machine attached to it.

This company has retrieved many consumers name and date of birth and charging them for services and unless you look at your monthly billing statement, this would have slipped through the cracks. As the charges were $7.25/month.

My purpose for filing this report is to make others aware of what is happening and to help put a stop to this company fraudulent acts against others victims in their path.
