Terrible customer service

I'd the toughest customer support encounter with Charlotte Russe recently.

To begin with, I put my first online purchase in regards to a week before on CharlotteRusse.com, simply to prevent buying in store (a few of the sales affiliates are very rude). After I got towards the check out site, it claims use any Charlotte Russe Giftcard (s) first, then type in your money/credit card to pay for the rest of the. Well, I applied a few gift-cards that had about $5 in it each, and settled the rest of the $37approximately with my credit.

I informed her that because the product I'm returning is $40, I'd like the $37 to return about the CREDIT and also the remaing $3 to take a shop giftcard. She stated thatis difficult of course if I introduced it in-shop they'd simply provide me the $40 on the gift-card w/d thatis what it exhibits about the slide. I mentioned no cheers, I don't wish to have to make use of my cash like a store credit. That rewards them, not me.
