Apparently after being told we were good to go, everything clear, we see that our account somehow went to collections. I cannot even to fathom how they are still in business. Assuming, we are not the first to happen to us. Maybe we are the first to take a stand. The person of whom took the time to reply to us, looked as if the grammar had been that of an eight year old.
